FYI

All our outdoor-inspired tees are printed by hand right here in the USA. Because of this, and shipping and supply chain delays that are a direct result of COVID-19, it may take your order 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Please rest assured we are working as fast as we can to deliver the quality product you’re expecting, and it *may* get to you sooner. If there are any problems with your order, such as inventory issues, we will reach out to you using the email provided during checkout.

ROUGH SHIPPING TIMES

Individual shirt orders will be shipped no more than 4-6 weeks of your order due to supply chain and shipping delays. 

Shipping of custom BSA® troop will be effected within 10 to 15 business days of your order.

 

INVENTORY ISSUES

We are trying our best to navigate the crazy supply chain problems that have occurred because of COVID-19, but if for some reason we cannot fulfill your order due to inventory issues, we will contact you with the email used during checkout to offer either 1) Additional color options or 2) A full refund. Want to check ahead of time if your chosen color/style is in stock? CONTACT US with any questions. 

RETURNS

For customized tee shirts within our BSA® section:

Due to custom nature of our products, there are no returns after art has been approved by client unless there is damage in print area and/or garments are damaged. If the product arrives misprinted or damaged, please contact our returns departments at 828-684-2690 within 30 days for full refund or replacement of product.

For individual shirts purchased:

If your produce arrives misprinted or damaged, we will replace or refund your product and return shipping costs within 5 business days of the return of product.

If you've just changed your mind, you can return UNWORN, UNWASHED tees within 30 days but are responsible for all shipping costs. We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the product.
