Employee Spotlight: Allison Ettinger

Meet Allison Ettinger, Client Specialist at American Backcountry. She’s been part of our team since January 2024, bringing her keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to everything she does.

Allison's passion for community shines through in and out of work. She’s spent five years on the Sparc Board of Directors, showing just how dedicated she is to making a difference. At home, she shares her life with her two cats, Jean Genie and Mighty Mouse, and her fiancé. They’re counting down the days to their April 4th wedding — hopefully without any surprise visits from another hurricane — their wedding was postponed once before thanks to Hurricane Helene.

When asked what she loves most about working at American Backcountry, Allison points to the brand’s purpose. She values being part of a team that's always looking for more sustainable ways to print and create outdoor gear, surrounded by creative and passionate people who share that same drive.

Outside of work, Allison’s enjoys sunset hikes, discovering new restaurants, and soaking in live music. Her go-to AB tee? The Field Guide & Nature Presents — a perfect pick for someone who feels most at home in the great outdoors.
